Qualification:
- 4 years Graduate in BS Customs Administration
- License Customs Broker
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in Brokerage; with background in Customer Service & at least 2yrs supervisory experience.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine KPI in BOC processing of impex, bring in, liquidation, and other related works in brokerage operation.
Provide guidance to Account officer and Processor in order to meet the schedule of releasing.
Improve the operational system, procedures and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting and organizational planning.
Monitor shipment status and provide timely update to account officer.
Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews performance of shipping and customs processors in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and performance management processes.
Develops and maintains excellent service to internal and external customers.
Coordinate with Brokerage and Forwarding Manager regarding operation issues, concerns and promotional activities.
Generate operation reports for management as needed.
- Monitors cargo pick-up, container delivery, processing of documents and transfer of cargo to airline's assigned bonded warehouse.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
