We are looking for an experienced Broker Support to assist with our loan applications and admin tasks, with a genuine interest in finance and who fits well in our culture (team player, collaborative, professional, customer focused)
- Roles and Responsibilities
Document verification, filing and organising Client Folders in Onedrive
- Processing loan application through Salestrekker and Apply Online
Requesting documents as per mortgage broker's instructions- Reviewing client profile in Salestrekker & requesting additional information
Processing other broker requests such as fact finds, pricing approvals, property valuations, credit reports, compliance tasks, loan reviews and loan proposals.
- Broker administration tasks including but not limited to: records, maintenance, file audits, file management, process documentation.
Liaising with the banks/lenders, and other related parties to the loan application such as real estate agents & solicitors (telephone and email correspondence)
With experience working with AU mortgage brokers- With experience in processing home loan applications
Proficient in using Apply Online
