Job Description:- Manages and oversees the external broker network by ensuring that external brokers are sourced, engaged, and documented, and are compliant to requirements stated by management
Ensures that 100% of Sales Targets of the External Broker Network are met on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis- Facilitates real estate broker accreditation and renewal
Assist Real Estate Brokers to close sales via project presentation and providing necessary details about the projects.
- Conduct project briefing, trainings, site orientation to the accredited brokers
Implement marketing events and strategies to recruit Real Estate Brokers- Attend brokers events for recruitment
Build a strong relationship with the brokers
At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing; experience in real estate industry is a PLUS
- Must have excellent communication skills and customer service; highly-motivated and self-driven
Strong leadership and networking abilities- Must be a team player and passionate at work
Must have experience in implementing sales and marketing activities and initiatives
- Must accomplish task with minimal supervision
Must be amenable to be assigned in IMUS, CAVITE
