JOB SUMMARY- Main Office: Baron's Place
- Temporary Working Assignment: Jacinta Enclaves, Cainta
- Achieve the prescribed sales targets
- Recruit Brokers/Broker network and search for new Brokers for recruitment
- Schedule regular meetings with Brokers
- Pre-qualify Broker listings for recruitment
- Prepare and collate the Broker Accreditation forms
- Builds strong relationships with the Brokers
- Assist in the presentation and closing of sales if required
- Accept, review, and validate reservation documents for booking of sales if required
- Scan and email reservation to the Documentation department for approval if required
- Forward hard copies of the reservation documents to the Documentation department if required
- Assess Broker's performance quarterly based on the productions against the agreed target
- Meet with Brokers to strategize and plan activities to achieve sales targets
- Assist Brokers in client trippings, site orientation, showroom walkthrough, and online project discussion if required
- Regularly interacts with Brokers by attending sales events, open houses, Product Knowledge Seminars, and Broker activities to open up potential opportunities for sales
- QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Real Estate Management or any related field.
- With at least three (3) years of related working experience
Excellent communication skills and a team player- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Willing to start as soon as possible
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
