This opportunity is with a multigenerational Filipino-Australian mortgage business that has been operating for over 20 years. The business is expanding rapidly, and this role is critical in supporting this growth.
Daily you will manage the day-to-day loan process, such as follow ups chasing outstanding documentation, loan packaging and liaise with lender to efficiently support your clients processes.
- You will provide support for servicing loans, structuring deals and monitoring settlements.
Work closely with lenders and BDMs to understand scenarios to get the best outcome for clients.- In addition to managing the day-to-day loan process you will also be required to input and maintain data in the CRM.
You will be ordering valuations, credit reports and managing any requests for further information from the lender while keeping your client fully informed, on an online basis.
- You will be fully trained in the specific requirements, and you will be responsible to prioritize you daily workload.
You will be required to contact the lender and monitor the status of deals, ensuring that deals are processed within an acceptable timeframe.- In addition to working with new clients you will also be required to reprice existing clients of the broker business.

A higher education degree is preferred.
- 3 Years experience in the Australian lending market is required.
Experience in AFG Flex is required.- Experience in Apply Online is required.
Knowledge of current Australian lender policies and capacity to stay on top of lender and market policy movements.
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking is essential.
Strong problem solving, and mathematical skills are required. Think outside the box and a strong desire to solving problem is required for this position.- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) is required.
Experience in commercial and Self Managed Super Fund lending will be highly regarded.
