Position: Customer Service Representative

Qualifications

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to video technology
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
