JOB PURPOSEThe Brand Specialist is responsible for developing and managing digital strategies and activities that are aligned with the brand's integrated marketing campaign. The specialist will support the digital marketing activities of the brand, such as social media planning, website and SEO, SEM, agency management and other support needed to achieve the overall business and marketing objectives of the company.
End-to-end management of the brand's social media channels including planning, managing the digital marketing calendar and activity executions and launch
- Coordinate and manage digital agencies for the different channel strategies and activities
Helps in developing, executing plans and overseeing day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including paid social and display advertising- Work across major platforms and networks, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok, and Facebook to deliver the expected output and results for digital media support
Work closely with Brand Manager and Content Team in building and testing paid digital campaigns following a data-driven approach in order to meet our marketing and business goals.
- Monitor keyword and audience targeting to plan or optimize the campaign strategies
Optimize campaign performance and improve spend effectiveness to maximize ROI- Define, measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Website management (ensuring all necessary information and pages are updated and follows a consumer-centric content)
- Stay current with industry best practices and be a voice for process improvement
Assist in other digital marketing-related activities (ex. ASC applications, community management support, manage requests for any digital marketing-related support from departments)- Provide accurate and comprehensive reports on the different digital campaigns
Formulate and recommend online and search engine optimization strategies
- Work with agency for proper SEO and action plans
Extracts/generates quantitative information from a single or multiple tools- Manage any social listening activities/research conducted within the digital channels
Conducts or assist in conducting comprehensive training on digital marketing, paid media and search advertising,
if applicable and as needed
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, managing the development and execution of Social Media Advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Knowledge of Digital Marketing (InMail, Sponsored Content, Video) and Google (Display, Search, YouTube) advertising and tools- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Pay Per Click (PPC), Retargeting, and Remarketing strategies
Knowledge and hands-on experience in using Social Media and Search Engine advertising and analytics tools (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Conductor)
- Experience with agency coordination/management
Proven experience as a brand specialist, digital marketing specialist or similar role
