Job Description As a Brand Officer at The Beauty Closet, your main objective is to create and uphold the brand's identity and visibility in the market. You'll oversee everything about how the brand is managed, from planning strategies and campaigns to making sure the brand looks the same everywhere it's seen.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement effective brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
Conduct regular brand performance analysis and reporting to evaluate success against goals and recommend improvements.- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in brand management and marketing.
- Brand Marketing and Promotion:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy and target audience.
Create compelling messaging and content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
- Brand Identity and Positioning:
- Manage and maintain the brand's visual and verbal identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
Develop brand guidelines and standards for internal and external use.- Work closely with design and creative teams to create brand assets, including logos, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment on brand initiatives.
Communicate brand objectives, guidelines, and updates effectively across the organization.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support brand initiatives and collaborations.
- Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Skills and Competence:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
