Oversees execution and collaborates with the cross-functional team for assigned product development projects.- Effectively, spearheads product development efforts including new products, SKU, and product extensions of the assigned category and/or new categories that the organization will enter.
Continuously track brand performance and brand health. Accountable for safekeeping and maintaining the brand's gross profit margins and attaining target volume and market share.
- Drives cross-functional team and ensures that all planning and brand-related projects are on track.
Recommends programs to hit set volume targets and develops gap-bridging programs if needed.- Manages end-to-end development of communication from goal setting to post-evaluation and ensures timely execution of all stages.
Demonstrates leadership and facilitates the development of his/her team.
- Oversees and manages procurement and payment activities for the brand. Determine the most cost-efficient manner in the execution of marketing programs while achieving maximum results.
Assesses and interprets market research data and analyzes competitor activities and behavior to ensure that brand/s handles stay above the competition.- Ensure adherence and compliance to company rules and regulations, and with the organization's mission, vision, and core values.
Coordinates with various departments including Purchasing, R&D, Finance, and HR for the execution of brand-related concerns May be asked to execute other job-related function.
