Job Summary:
As a Brand Marketing, the responsibility is to lead, to initiate plan and to execute the strategic for the market (Consumer) that drives brand sales growth, awareness, recognition and conversion through offline and also online marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build strategic brand marketing programs to support specific business objectives across different channels and segments in order to support of our overall strategic plan.
- Market the brand through various channels and segment databases working with data sets including Digital, Social Media, CRM in order to increase the awareness and drive the sales.
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in order to achieve the stated objectives.
- Preparing monthly report for internal and external.
- Monitoring promo, campaign, product launching (included: printing, productions, distributions and also installations).
- Manage and maintain a productive working relationship with brand principal's marketing lead in order to run the marketing plan smoothly.
- Partner with brand, merchandise, creative teams, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors as part of the process to execute marketing plan.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
- Stays up to date on industry trends and local consumer insights in order to capture more insight for creating marketing plan
Requirements:
- Education Bachelor Degree of Communication / Public Relation.
- 5 years at the same field (Marketing Communication/ Strategy).
- Able to create marketing plan / yearly business plan.
- Create marketing budget & Reporting.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Certifications / licenses: English for Business.
- Special skills public speaking, communication skill, presentation, negotiating
