Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
- Manage brand budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in brand management or related field.
- Experience launching a dynamic and hip brand in the Philippine market.
- Has experience working in FMCG brand.
- Strong campaign management experience.
- Strong digital marketing and social media experience
- Has e-commerce expertise and a pulse on current market trends.
- Shows enthusiasm for home appliances and innovative technology.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market research methodologies.
