Client: Our client is a large local consumer goods company with manufacturing and product innovation capability across diverse categories including but not limited to household goods, personal hygiene, nutrition, and food.
- Job Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end strategic marketing and overall brand health for the assigned brands.
Drive the growth and profitability of the assigned brand as aligned with the company's strategic objectives
- Build the brand equity of the product / category assigned
Monitor and analyze brand performance and create actions to maintain or improve brand preference- Develop relevant marketing activities based on the marketing plan
Efficiently manage marketing budget for the assigned product / category
- Support the innovation and renovation initiatives through product launches
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, third-party partners among others
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- At least 4 years brand marketing experience in the FMCG space, preferably in the household goods or personal care category
Experience in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce is an advantage
- Experience in business development is good to have
