Job Description

Team Ridemax Philippines is searching for the best talents who could be part of our growing company and our growing team!

From offering one product, we are now supplying over 25 brands of automotive accessories and tires, serving over 400 dealers nationwide, and we are still continuously expanding. Currently, we are on the road to achieve our mission of becoming the leading distributor company of automotive accessories in the Philippines and we would like you to be part of it!
  • Role: Brand Executive for Tires
  • About the role:
Responsible for brand sales targets
  • Yearly/Quarterly brand campaigns above the line (digital, OOH, PR/Influencer strategy); creates the yearly marketing calendar
Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting effectiveness of month-on-month brand plans
  • Shares key learnings on executions and initiates pivots and changes to plans as needed
Clearly reports correlation of brand campaigns to brand sales/performance
  • Develops brand toolkits and brand book of key supported brands of the company
Leads brand executions during key on-ground events (car shows, expo)
  • Get a good understanding of consumers/users of the brand
Works with field sales team to translate brand strategy to in-store
  • Leads and manages business planning process with different stakeholders (creative and digital agencies, supply chain and forecasting, field sales teams)
Shares key trends and learnings in the category/market
  • Conducts trade checks once a month to get new learnings/validate learnings and insights as key input to brand plans
Manages brand websites and coordinates with creatives team on updating and refreshing the assets
  • Coordinates with suppliers and closes deals on final price of the assets
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any Business-related course
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in brand management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in doing brand design and strategy, creative strategy development
A self-starter and is capable in navigating unstructured teams
  • Strategic thinker with ability to adapt in changing environment
Amenable to work on a face-to-face set-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Commission pay
Performance bonus
