Job Purpose:
To develop and implement promotional platforms, manage marketing services, and provide insightful industry information for the Solane LPG brand.
- Principal Accountabilities:
- Brand Strategy have a clear understanding of consumer needs and leverage on brand attributes to effectively communicate to and engage consumers.
Identify the correct target audience
Define their needs/ pain-points
Pin-point where to find/reach them and the best time to engage them
Paint a picture of why Solane is the answer to their needs
- Advertising & Promotions proactively bring consumers across the brand funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Preference, Purchase, Loyalty, Advocacy).
Recognize opportunities to engage Solane's target audience
Create effective programs & develop relevant communications
Work with cross-functional teams and third-party agencies
Monitor results of Marketing activities and make necessary adjustments as needed
Diligently manage brand budget and ensure efficient usage
Provide leadership and other stakeholders with regular updates on brand performance and activities
- Market research use available market data/information to a) assess impact of Marketing activities, b) find opportunities for growth, and c) identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular consumer interviews and trade visits to gather first-hand insights
Analyze volume and value sales performance across key regions and channels
Work with research agencies for formal quantitative and qualitative studies to measure consumer usage and impact of marketing activities
- Brand Identity custodian ensure that Solane LPG brand identity guide is followed at all times; provide Sales and other departments guidance and support on their branding needs.
_Key Challenges:
_- Conversion of loyal users of competitor LPG brands.
Penetration of long-time non-users of LPG.
- Delivery of brand value propositions (Safety, Integrity, & Reliability) given obvious gaps vs what most consumers are actually looking: generally affordable, accessible, and fast delivery.
BS/BA Degree
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales and or marketing experience
Strong written and oral communications skills- Experience in data analysis and interpretation of media/marketing information is a plus
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Eye for detail and design
Strategic problem solving and creative/critical thinking- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Can interact and build rapport with various SEC and departments
- Experience in digital platforms (FB, website & App development)
