The Brand Manager is responsible in developing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. The role involves in building and maintaining a strong brand awareness, reputation, customer loyalty, and market share.
Job Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing brand strategies.
Conducting brand research and positioning analysis.
Creating brand guidelines and ensuring adherence.
Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Managing brand communication channels (advertising, social media, PR).
Analyzing brand performance and market trends.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Overseeing product packaging, messaging, and branding efforts.
Enhancing brand equity and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role and 2-3 years experience in people management
Experience working with consumer goods, retail, or similar industries is preferred.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
