Job Overview: As the Branding Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing branding strategies to elevate our brand presence and market positioning. Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic branding initiatives to strengthen the company's brand identity and market positioning.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and values to resonate with target audiences and differentiate the company in the marketplace.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the management and maintenance of digital brand assets, including websites, social media profiles, and online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor online brand sentiment and reputation, and implement strategies to enhance brand perception and mitigate risks.
Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences across digital platforms.- Create compelling and relevant content, including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts, that amplifies brand messaging and drives engagement.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, content creators, and industry leaders to amplify brand reach and visibility.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure alignment with brand values and objectives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform branding strategies and identify market opportunities.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and optimize future campaigns.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the internet or technology industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable branding initiatives.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
