Achieve sales objectives for the assigned brands (Distributor plans and market share objectives) and monitor monthly
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand/service.
Visits dermatologists/pediatricians/GPs with Medical Sales Representatives in order ensure implementation of strategies. Monthly 2 days field work
Develops product strategy/positioning, including pricing and packaging Artwork specifications, for the assigned/new brands
Develops communication and promotional campaigns in liaison with Global Brand Team
Develops product detailing strategy, including promotional material
Develop and implement agreed new products
Coordinates the logistics to allow pre-launch product sourcing and delivery into the market in co-operation with Regulatory Affairs and Finance teams.
Prepares and manages the Marketing budget of the brand and ensures its adequate execution in order to achieve the marketing objectives and the agreed contribution.
Provides technical expertise, trains and motivates Field Force and Merchandizers on brands
Manages the relationships with the local advertising and communication agencies and design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the brand/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.
Contributes to the analysis of Brand performance per trade channel and per account and makes proposals to improve the sales performance.
Recommend strategic plans/vision for future growth of the brand.
Ensure competitive intelligence
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Responsible in complying with the Company's Safety & Health, Environment Sustainability (SHE) policies and programs.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing
2 to 6 years of brand management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, OTC or FMCG
Ability to effectively present information to management, public, doctors or sales forces in oral and written form.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or sales forces
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical information
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
