Brand Management / Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our marketing team to support various projects and initiatives aimed at promoting our products or services and engaging our target audience.

• Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

Create and curate content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
