Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

Responsible for building a continuous stream of business opportunity. The position under guidance will participate in proposing strategies as well as identifying opportunities available in the market. In addition, the role is responsible to implement/execute activities to expand distributor base and distributor retaining through brand consumer experience and product catalog development and management.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and executes programs and campaigns to attract the public in the business.
  • Propose and/or enhance continuous stream of new business to increase new sponsorships.
Conducts market research and competitive study and look for trends to find new ways to make business sign-up and product purchase easy and simple.
  • Analyses of data on Attraction programs and campaigns to measure success and recommend changes for improvements.
Collaborates with Strong Start and Leader Success for program development to identify various lifestyle interests to create Community Based Programs (CBPs) that align with the objective of sponsoring.
  • New Product Portfolio Development
Identify and propose development of new product portfolio (s) to meet company's objective of expanding into new target segments. Executes and manages new portfolio development, product sourcing and supplier development, pricing and cost recommendations and sales forecasts, as necessary.
  • Take a leading role in building the assigned catalog products category, in addition with guidance by identifying the opportunities, proposing strategies and implementing activities that will help expand the distributor base and improve distributor retailing within the appropriate P&L commitment. Responsible for the achievement of sales budget, CMAB, CMAM and market share objectives of the assigned category through sourcing, negotiating, managing and developing the portfolio consistent with the Long-Range Business Plans.
Manages the positioning of brands and/or business opportunities under Attraction.
  • Identify, source, negotiate, manage, and develop Catalog Product portfolio to meet company's objective of expanding distributor base into new target segments (door opener strategy) with support for Distribution in their retailing effort (more choices / excitement building).
  • Brand Management and Amplification
Develops on-ground and digital campaigns and events that will attract the public to company's business opportunity in the market.
  • Leads the marketing communication and brand teams in the development of Integrated Marketing Campaigns for all product brands, including the its brand. Makes appropriate marketing channel/media recommendations that optimize the BSA budget. <> Consider revising the statement highlighted in blue. In terms of leading should be from Head of Attraction>>
Execute PR and other related initiatives that reinforces company's image and reputation in the market
  • Supervises creative development and copywriting for all marketing communications materials for IBOs (literature, publications, merchandising/collateral materials, thematic and tactical brand materials, etc.)
Develops the annual, quarterly, and monthly publications plan for the brand. Leads the cross-functional brand communications team in developing and implementing these publications plans.
  • Ensures timely release of all creative materials by coordinating with outside services and resources involving design, photography, copy, artwork, print materials, translation, audio-visual output and distribution.
Together with the training and sales team, support our product brands with compelling selling initiatives and experiences; introduce new age tools for our IBOs to do business; and provide innovative ways for consumers to connect to our brands.
  • Execute APHL web presence, mobile applications and emerging technologies that support our brands and distributors.

  • Relevant Experience of Years must be:
5 years experience in marketing, communications, business development, preferably in with direct-selling experience. At least in Supervisory level.
  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Communications.
Full proficiency in principles and practices of area of specialty
  • Provide solutions to a variety of problems of moderate and/or complex scope using application of basic standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
Consider future implications as part of the solutions that will permit the use of initiative yet still governed by established practices, procedures and policies
  • Lead moderate to complex projects and/or programs

Job Arrangement:
  • Hybrid working arrangement: WFH upon regularization

Pay: Php70,
  • 00 - Php90,000.00 per month
