As a Brand Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the brand's team efforts to maintain a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels. This multifaceted role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills. You will collaborate closely with various teams within the organization, including product marketing and social media management, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and content trends.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented, with a knack for multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for storytelling, photography, design, or a related field is a plus.
Great Communication Skills.
Willing to work on-site.
Responsibilities:
Product Marketing
Help coordinate monthly customer advisory board meetings (scheduling, inviting attendees, coordinating new NDA signatures)
Competitive analysis, including features, benefits, pricing, etc. (US and INTL)
Review, respond, collect App Store & TrustPilot reviews for new supporting quotes
Social Media Management
Help craft, schedule, and publish on-brand social content that speaks to our audience, including text posts, images, and videos.
Actively monitor, engage, and respond to community interactions, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
Organize and share content with the greater team to help support cross-team visibility.
Analyze social media performance, generate reports, and provide insights to help optimize our reach, engagement, and community growth.
Encourage community engagement, drive follower growth, and explore innovative ways to enhance brand loyalty and awareness.
