The BRAND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER will play a key role in enhancing our brand's online presence and fostering engagement with our target audience. He/she will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Content Development
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audiences
B. Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all relevant social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering positive engagement and addressing inquiries
C. Community Engagement
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach
D. Analytics and Reporting
- Use social media analytics tools to track reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights, making data-driven recommendations to improve social media performance
E. Campaign Support
- Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media components into broader marketing initiatives
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate in Marketing, Management or any equivalent course
- With at least five (5) years of proven work experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
