Duties and Responsibilities:- Assists in the conceptualization and execution of all brand marketing initiatives across all platforms with a special focus in Events, Activations and Brand Identity. Sponsorships, being a branch of activations and branding, are covered under the role's scope.
Manages the Events, Activations and Brand identity requirements of the brand/s assigned. Develops and implements branding strategies. Develops and manages the marketing plan and calendar related assigned brand. Liaises with internal teams and external agencies for concept, implementation and or production.- Looks out for appropriate events, activations and branding items that will uplift the equity of the brands assigned.
Negotiates for the best mileages from event organizers and fees from partner agencies.
- Develops and maintains strong relations with event organizers and suppliers.
Handles the ordering of the bank of promotional items for the assigned portfolio of brands.- Ensures all event paraphernalia are up to the standards of the assigned brands.
Provides direction and brief in-house Creatives team and external agencies for the development of creative assets for Events, Activations and Brand Identity.
- Manages cross-functional collaborations and synergies with other support teams (DIGITAL, PR & ADVERTISING, RETAIL, TRADE, and SALES) to maximize cross-channel opportunities and support for brand marketing content and programs.
Manages the Events, Sponsorships and Brand Identity expenditures to ensure maximum efficiencies.- Handles other ad hoc Marketing related projects that may be assigned.
With Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management/ Administration or Communication Arts from a reputable university | Open to new Graduates- Knack for Marketing Public Relations, Advertising and Digital Communications is preferred.
