Duties and Responsibilities- Prepares proposals for sales promotions and programs for slow moving items
Development of Social Media Strategy. - Manage the day-to-day, handling of various social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
Identifying products to highlight in our Monthly social media Calendar
- Identifying trending topics for content opportunities and developing a content calendar to ensure constant supply of relevant content in LMI social Media communities.
Grow the community in the form of new members, followers, monthly active members, interactions and comments. - Contributes to brand FB community by posting content and answering inquiries
Brainstorm and develop campaigns and new content for LMI Brands social media channels and communities
- Develop influencer/ambassador strategy and executions to complement brand campaigns
Coordination with Suppliers and other 3rd party agencies. - Manage and facilitate social media communities
Researches and organizes relevant target market insights in terms of social media usage and behavior to best accomplish any project or business objectives
- Monitor, track, analyze reports on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
Checks and provides revision to improve artworks before submitting it to the management for final approval.- Creates Competitor Analysis or Profile: online presence such as social media and influencer marketing, other marketing campaigns, and products.
Update Influencer Marketing File and make sure that all products that needed attention or sales push are promoted and highlighted.
- Monitor social media trends and competitive landscape so we can create strategic decisions for the assigned brand/s. Share learning and best practices with other team members.
Attending Customer Complaints as needed. - Assist the GBM in the creation of Quarterly and Annual Brand Plan
Coordination with celebrities
- Coordination with interfacing departments
Tracks and update brand marketing expenses
Must have a bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or other relevant fields- With at least 6 months of work experience in Digital Marketing or Brand Management
Must be proficient in social media, and Adobe Photoshop
- Has the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
