Orchestrate the day-to-day operations of the brand
Good understanding of financial business factors most relevant to the food
retail industry
Make recommendations on how to improve business performance and
profitability
Conceptualize and execute sales strategies
Manage customer and distributor accounts
Plan and execute marketing strategies with awareness on industry trends
Track and monitor the impact of the promotional campaigns of the brands
Manage the relationship with our retailers in terms of product knowledge,
promotion materials, special campaigns, stock inventory management,
merchandising, pricing, etc. in order to assist the retailers to meet their targets
Develop and maintain relationships with the suppliers and negotiate best prices
and trading terms
Reports and collaborates directly with the committee
Job Requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English and Filipino
At least two (2) years of experience in the food retail business
Has been a crucial part of a start-up or small business
Is engaging and able to effectively communicate with people from different
backgrounds
Is a creative and innovative thinker with the capacity to detail plans to hit big
targets
Organized and detail-oriented
Is a good negotiator
Active on social media platforms
