• Scope & Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve fundraising goals.

• Conduct and supervise face-to-face fundraising campaigns and activities, converting various individuals to become committed donors of the organization.

Serve as a brand champion of the organization in various marketing activities.

• Handle sensitive donor information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.

• Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Strong interpersonal qualities and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.

• Strong sales background in any industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Must be willing to travel to different locations nationwide as needed for unit operations.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Commitment to upholding ethical standards and fostering donor confidence.

• Experience in team development and performance management.

Preference for candidates who have a proven track record of holding long-term positions.
