SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include tasks and activities)- Maintains good business relationship with all existing INSTAWIN partners
- Trains and motivates new and existing staff of each staff of the outlet
- Assists partners on resolving issues onsite immediately
- Assists in increasing monthly sales of outlets within assigned area through local marketing
- Monitors implementation of the National Marketing effort of HQ
- Liaises with INSTAWIN partners or site managers to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance
- Provides weekly reports to the VP on all site's sales activities
- Ensures compliance with all general policies of PAGCOR's GSRM (Gaming Site Regulatory Manual)
Acts as area representative of INSTAWIN- Manages special accounts or INSTAWIN partners
- Secures and processes BUSINESS PERMIT such as LONO and Council Resolution
- Assists in turn key projects from site inspection to opening of the gaming site
- Manages regional area (NCR; Southern Luzon; Northern Luzon; Visayas and Mindanao)
