Key Responsibilities: Act as the public representative of the brand, embodying its values and messaging in all interactions.- Attend promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
Customer Engagement:- Interact with customers and potential clients in a friendly, professional manner, answering questions and providing information about products/services.
Collect feedback from customers to understand their needs and perceptions of the brand.Promotional Activities:
Implement and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities as directed by the marketing team.
Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, media representatives, and other stakeholders.- Foster positive relationships with customers and the community to enhance brand reputation.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.Experience:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, sales, or brand promotion is preferred.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with diverse audiences, and proficiency in social media platforms.
