As a Sales Executive, you will drive
membership growth, enhance brand reputation, and foster strong community relationships to drive sales and increase customer retention.- Membership Growth and Retention:
Proactively engage with customers to drive membership sign-ups and ensure high retention rates.- Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Brand Reputation and Engagement:
Represent the Landers brand professionally and effectively communicate its value proposition to customers. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Landers products, services, and membership benefits.
- Collaborate with teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Event and Location Strategy:
- Identify and secure strategic placement opportunities at events and locations frequented by Landers target market.
Coordinate with event organizers and venue owners to maximize brand exposure and drive foot traffic to Landers stores.- Evaluate the effectiveness of event participation and location placements and adjust strategies accordingly.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, organizations, and key stakeholders. Identify partnership opportunities with local businesses and organizations to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Participate in community events and initiatives to demonstrate Landers commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
- Customer Complaint Handling
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints in a prompt, professional, and customer-centric manner
Achieve membership production target and grow membership base and retention in the assigned store.
- Engage and interact well with our members, building community partnerships.
Emphasis on building brand awareness representing Landers at upscale events and man booths in strategic, upper-market locations.- Make sales presentations and negotiate with potential customers or clients.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth efficient execution of sales processes or partnerships.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues. Ensure that customers feel valued and respected throughout the complaint resolution process.
College graduate- Minimum of (2) two years of work experience in Sales, Product, or Brand Promotion
Experience in the grocery or retail industry is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, well-connected, and relatable.
Should possess good communications skills both verbal and written to engage with customers effectively.- Excellent sales, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of market research and sales strategies- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
