Qualifications:
o With at least 2 years of college level
o With at least 6 months retail experience. Experience in handling a luxury men's brand is a plus.
o With a strong understanding of sales, customer service and inventory management.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
o Goal-oriented and can work with minimum supervision
o Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila locations such are BCG, Pasay and Makati on shifting schedules with a six (6) day work schedule.
o Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations and answers to customer queries.
Maintain and grow the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement and regular communication with customers- Meets monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products
Process sales transactions.
- Maintain inventory and keeping of the sales floor organized, clean and comfortable.
Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
