Graduate of any 4-year business course- With 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a derma clinic
Analytical and dependable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Can work well under pressure.- Excellent in problem solving and critical thinking
To supervise and ensure smooth daily clinic operations- To encourage and motivate staff
To actively enhance the experience by engaging in operations, programs, and ongoing development
- To provide quarterly and annual employee reviews
To handle administrative tasks- To implement and develop protocols
