Job Description- Plan and implement sales & marketing activities to meet branch targets as well as the management of the overall branch operations.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Graduate of a four-year business course;
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in sales;
- Relevant exposure in sales & marketing and sales/administration/services functions;
Organized and aggressive;- With people handling and customer service skills;
Can recruit, train, and manage sales people;
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
With strong leadership and motivational skills;- Highly analytical and with very good problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of competitors products and strategies.
- Real Esstate Broker License is a plus
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements sales activities in order to meet targets;
Provides direct supervision and guidance to her subordinates;- Conducts periodic performance evaluation of subordinates and makes appropriate recommendation on personnel promotion and sanctions for specific violations;
Motivates her subordinates to perform respective task to achieve the goals of the branch;
- Ensures teamwork among personnel within the branch.
- Finance and Administration Responsibilities:
- Oversees sales acceptance and issuance of provisional receipts for cash and dated checks and acknowledgement receipts for post-dated checks;
Checks daily collection report and bank deposit slip and reconciles the same with cash and check payment received;
- Validates request for commission check preparation and remittance reports;
Ensures that sales reports are accurate and submitted promptly.
- Monitors weekly and monthly sales targets and ensures that these are being met in terms of sales volume and corresponding peso value, recruitment targets in terms of activation and generation of newly recruited sales representative;
Recommends and generates sales projections for the coming year;- Prepares and proposes payment terms to support in the achievement of sales targets;
Validates SR qualifiers from promotion, annual sales awardees and SR's inclusion on sales assemblies, sales incentives and annual Christmas parties.
