BRANCH SUPERVISOR - MAIN BRANCH, MANDAUE_
- Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree;
- Must have experience in the said field;
- Preferably with Marketing experience.
- Must be a good leader and know how to manage/supervise a team;
- Must be knowledgeable about the use of laptops and computers;
- Must be proficient in various computer applications used in an office environment;
- Must be available to start as soon as possible.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Daily Operations: The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. He/she ensures that the branch opens and closes at regular times and permits employees to work overtime when required;
- Staff Management: The supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating staff performance, and, if necessary, taking disciplinary action.
- Customer Service: The supervisor should ensure that customers are attended to professionally and promptly and that their concerns are addressed effectively. He/she should also maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: The supervisor drives sales and meets revenue targets. This could involve implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and motivating staff to achieve goals.
- Inventory Management: The supervisor is responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring that there are no shortages or excesses. This includes constant communication with the warehouse inventory head.
- Financial Management: The supervisor is responsible for monitoring branch operation expenses.
- Reporting: The supervisor prepares reports on various aspects of branch performance, such as sales figures, staff productivity, and customer feedback.
- Communication: Effective communication is essential for coordinating activities within the branch and keeping staff informed about important updates or changes. The supervisor should foster open communication channels within their team.
- Problem Solving: When issues or challenges arise, the branch supervisor is responsible for finding solutions quickly and efficiently. This could involve resolving customer complaints, addressing staffing issues, or troubleshooting operational problems.
- Other related responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company.
