Job Description:- Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee all operations at the designated freight site, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of staff members, including warehouse personnel, drivers, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Coordinate logistics activities, including inbound and outbound freight movements, route planning, vehicle scheduling, and cargo handling, to optimize resource utilization and meet service level agreements.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service delivery by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
