Canteen Branch Supervisor
Managing canteen staff's work schedules.- Conducting regular inspections of the canteen kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other canteen essentials are adequately stocked.
Monitoring the canteen's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
Qualifications
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience supervising restaurant, canteen or commissary operation
With Bachelor's Degree related to Food Industry is an advantage
- With Background in Food Industry
