Greet and acknowledge each customer. Assist customers where possible. Provide answers to product and payment-related queries. Resolve customer complaints. Respond quickly to customers, manage email and phone while providing good customer service. Accurately process sales and payments. Accepts cash, checks and issues receipts for payments received. Balance sales and receipts according to company procedure. Manage all cash and income from sales transactions. Input daily sales transactions and collection on the system. Check income and expense analysis. Check expenses of the branch, verify receipts, and what those expenses are for. Inform customers of the organization's cash policies and procedures. Maintain company records and make any/all necessary documents. Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner. Access on system, cash vault, and stock inventory system. May be required to assist in other areas such as unit and parts inventory, stock order. Maintain and order office supplies. Maintain a neat, tidy and orderly work area.

-Undergraduate but with a minimum of 2 years of work experience can apply
