Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the branch manager and assisting with daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for motorcycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the branch manager, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and documents.- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Process orders, invoices, and other paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.- Provide support to the sales and service teams, including assisting customers and processing transactions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:- College degree holder; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the industry is preferred.
