Qualifications:- Candidate must possess a 4-year bachelor's degree from any course.
With 6 months to 1 years of experience in Admin and Document Management.
Responsible for the loan operations transactions in the branch, primarily the Authority to Deliver and Booking of accounts, and the Others transactions.
a. Prepares Authority to Deliver. Reviews applicable documents prior to its issuance.
b. Review credit requirements and loan documents submitted and signed by clients, ensuring its accuracy.
c. Pre-book and book loan releases in ILAPS system.
d. Process payments of Loan Proceeds and dealers incentives in ACS.
- Operating Policies, procedures, and guidelines
Comply with the existing rules and regulations of the company (e.g., COC, OM, IN, directives).
- 3. Records Custodian
a. Safekeep and monitor all submitted documents of accounts from booking to its date of destruction, ensuring document movements are properly recorded/transmitted.
b. Ensures that the contents of Credit and Collateral documents are complete and properly labeled including checklist.
c. Attends to the proper printing, scanning, and filing of documents following the prescribed system.
d. Checks, validates, upload and tag ORCRs received from Sales, ensuring its payment prior to safekeeping.
e. Controls access to records. Ensures no unauthorized release of the documents. Monitors the following:
Borrowed documents
Pull-out of documents
Releases closed account documents to its proper recipients.
