Job Qualifications: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in administrative or customer service functions is required for this position.
Must have at least 1 year experienced specializing in Customer Service-related or equivalent.
Must have a background in insurance operational processes- Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet the agreed service level standards in supporting Agency channel's branch operational requirements related to New Business processing, collection and proper office administration, towards the achievement of Agency channel's sales targets. Provide customer service support in a timely manner and reliable service delivery for after-sales requests.
- Processing of New Business transactions within the agreed service level standard
Accurate and timely posting of premium collections- Processing of after sales transactions within the agreed service level standards
Provides effective customer and distributor service for walk-in clients
- Upkeep of branch office facilities
Distributor relationship- Perform other functions that would be required from time to time
