Branch Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cake shop branches in CDO & Iligan. You will lead teams, set performance targets, ensure smooth operations, manage inventory, and resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience in multi branch cake shop or food operations management (multi-branch preferred)
• Strong leadership, inventory management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
