DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Implements and set-up global standards for Yamaha 3S Shop service guidelines.
Gathers service documents, judgments of warranty claims and updates for any warranty issues and concerns.- Initiate promotional event including service marketing activities to reach Yamaha Dealers and Customers especially remote areas.
Improves customer service by increasing the degree of professionalism to all Yamaha 3S Shop and develop higher global quality staff that can offer inspection and maintenance services that builds customer's confidence.
- Performs market survey, analysis, competitor's activities, and promotional event.
Issues market information (MI) to improve product development on various processes.- Educates all Yamaha 3S Shop's dealers and staff on warranty procedures and service operation.
Maintains and upgrades the Service Visual Identity in the service workshop, the proper assortment quantity of tools, special tool boards, service sign, Yamaha logo, equipment including staff uniform.
- Safekeeping of all shop supplies and materials; and conducts regular inventory of all tools and equipment.
Collects shop's KPI and analyzes for the improvement points next action.- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Must be a graduate of any engineering/automotive course.
Has technical knowledge in Automotive and Motorcycle technology.- With at least 1 year experience handling warranty and repairing in the motorcycle industry.
