RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with technical team to resolve technical issues
Understand technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and tests and determine proper solutions- Provide service and customer support during on-site visits
Tie work flow to schedule
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
Produce timely and detailed service reports, expense liquidation with receipts and submit official or collections receipts- Operate motor vehicle in a safely manner
Conduct test-drive
Qualification:
- With professional or non- professional driver's license (1,2)
Automotive Servicing NCI or NCII is an advantage.- At least 2-3 years experience as motorcycle mechanic
Basic knowledge in Preventing Maintenance (Vehicle Repair) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge in Electrical Repair, Maintenance; Troubleshooting
Willing to be assigned in West Branch.
