Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at Motor Ace Phils, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring profitability, and leading a team to achieve sales and service goals. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the branch by implementing effective strategies, maintaining high standards of customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

_Key Responsibilities:_

• Manage and supervise all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase branch profitability.

• Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, fostering a team-oriented culture and promoting professional development.

Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, preparing reports and making recommendations for improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.

Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

• Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales.

_Qualifications: _

• Bachelor of Commerce preferably Major in Sales & Marketing, Economics, Accounting or Financial Manager.

3-5 years of working experience in the same field.

• Knowledgeable on confilct management, problem solving and analyzing data.

With good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Can understand administrative & clerical procedures.

Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power point).

• With excellent negotiation, management and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
