Branch Manager runs the day-to-day operations of the store branch. Operates and manages including the manpower staffing, providing excellent customer service, and that all food safety procedures are followed according to regulations.
Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations
- Supervise both dining and kitchen team providing necessary feedback
Monitor daily budget reports on both revenue and costs- Communicate with guest and handle concerns that may arise
Organize and order restaurant supplies provided that proper food cost are well maintain
- Maintain weekly and monthly proper manpower cost
- Skills and qualifications
Proven work experience in a restaurant setting (preferably casual dining set-up)
- Demonstrated customer service skills
Understanding of financial management- Strong knowledge of restaurant management software
Willingness to work flexible hours
Clear verbal communication skills (can speak direct English is a plus)
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time- Clear attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends
