QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, staff management, and preparation of profit and loss statement and other reports
Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and confidently make business decisions- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage the business performance of the restaurant in accordance to the agreed targets
Analyze and plan restaurant sales level and profitability
- Manage the branch to meet or exceed standards in quality control, safety, hygiene, and sanitation
Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within targets- Identify and delegate responsibilities to team leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved
Lead the implementation of Banapple restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and food safety
- Create a positve guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations; Respond to customer queries and complaints
Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff; Provide coaching and feedback to team leaders and staff and assess performance- Prepare employees shift schedule
Prepare reports as required by the Management
