JOB SUMMARY
In-charge of the day-to-day management and operations of Local Branch admin office
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Shall supervise all operational aspects of the local branch admin office.
- Shall safeguard the accuracy and proper implementation of approved policy and procedures in receiving and dispatch of Contract-to-Sell and other documentary requirements, processing of Post-Dated-Checks, and assistance to client's requests.
- Shall take into account delegation of authority and responsibility and span of control within the local branch admin office.
- Shall ensure high quality performance and satisfactory result while maintaining an orderly and problem-free environment.
- Shall regularly and closely coordinate with the concerned Head Office departments and BDOD Head to warrant timely resolution and implementation of various tasks in the office.
- Shall conduct annual operations and employee performance review.
- Shall support in the coordination with local event and booth suppliers for SMDC Corporate events and in receiving and distribution of marketing collaterals.
- Shall conduct regular process review and recommend/implement innovation to be reflected in the Operation's Manual.
- Shall determine staffing needs, recruitment, training and career development.
- Shall manage and monitor assets, supplies and equipment issued and accounted to the BMU employees.
- Shall perform such other functions as may from time to time, be assigned by the Company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Graduate of any four-year course preferably Bacheloor's Degree in Business Administration
- With at least a 2-year experience of work related to management of branch office
- With Knowledge of quality customer service and recovery
- Has understanding of financial management
- With excellent oral and Written Communication Skills
- Can work with a high degree of accuracy
- Highly organized and flexible
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- can maintain operations confidentiality
- Has proficiency in software applications (MS Office, SAP, etc.,)
- Has good Interpersonal Skills
- Has high stress tolerance
