- BRANCH WAREHOUSE INVENTORY CONTROLLER:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Functional authority over the Lead Merchandiser and the merchandising team specifically on the management and control of inventories at the retail outlet as follows:
Acts as central coordinator/facilitator of key issues affecting stock movements and replenishments at the outlet- Checks on and monitors the performance of the merchandiser and truckers with respect to inventory movement control
Checks on accuracy, timeliness and completeness of inventory management reports and stock control book
- Leads the physical inventory count at the outlet and performs the inventory variance analysis to check on variance losses
Monitors delivery schedules are followed as agreed by concerned parties- Generates all operational reports for management pertaining to the modified consignment management
- Assist in the development and implementation of the retail branch inventory control policies and systems and procedure
Requirements and skills:- Any Engineering or related course
At least 3 years relative experience
Knowledge on inventory management and control- Knowledge in production scheduling
Experience in a set up stage would be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
