Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course.
- At least 3 years of working experience as an HR and Admin.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.- Good communications skills and highly organized.
Willing to work in Cagayan De Oro City.
- Preferably a resident Cagayan De Oro City or its nearby areas
Willing to work ASAP
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Required to perform HR duties within the branch including the release of memos, pay slips, monitoring that staff are doing their jobs properly (as instructed by HR-Main).- Approve leaves, absences and serve out necessary suspensions (if required) to employees providing it doesn't disrupt the work flow
Ensure that the Office building is properly maintained, and reporting back to Main Office for any concerns on maintenance and improper employee behavior
- Submitting of weekly/monthly reports and updating status of branch to Main Office.
Minor accounting functions.- Must coordinate with the other administrators, especially regarding the behavior of the employee under them and report to Main Office
Perform other tasks assigned by management as required.
