Job At A Glance
As the Store Manager, you are expected to:
- Make the branch as the main distribution channel of the Bank by selling its products and services.
- Grow and deepen relationship with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
- Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new to bank customers and maximize existing customer's share of wallet
- Mentor and coach the store sales team, BDSO, RO, Sales Associate and New Accounts
- Approve transactions and oversee performance of service in the store that would impact customer satisfaction and relationship
- Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank.
- Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EWB Service Pillars and Service Standards.
Who can apply
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/ /Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With proven track record in sales and marketing, account solicitation and management.
- Amenable to be assigned in our Metro Manila and provincial branches
