The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in both sales and managerial roles in the aesthetics or skin care industry, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations and contributing to the growth of the organization.
- Streamline and enhance day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- Implement and manage operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of aesthetic professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional services.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the overall client experience.
