Branch Head for Aesthetic Clinic (Alabang)

Luminisce Holistic Skin Innovations is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Branch Head to oversee and manage the operational processes of each of our clinic. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in both sales and managerial roles in the aesthetics or skin care industry, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations and contributing to the growth of the organization.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:

- Streamline and enhance day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service.

- Implement and manage operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards.

• 2. Staff Supervision:

- Lead and motivate a team of aesthetic professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional services.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• 3. Client Relations:

- Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the overall client experience.

• 4. Inventory and Supplies:

- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized facility.

- Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.

• 5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

- Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  

• Proven experience in sales and a managerial role, preferably within the aesthetics or wellness industry.
  

• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.
  

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  

• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
  

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  

• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
